prophecies to factions trouble - Guild Wars Forums

I have a level 13 character on prophecies so i decided to go to factions. When I traveled there I immediately went to an area that was my level, but I can't get any quests there

On the Shing Jea Island you won't find any quests since that is meant for new Factions chars only.

You have to take the quests starting in Kaineg Center, those quests however are meant for lvl 20 chars.

Crom is spot on. But at Kaineng you can have 7 level 20 friends and the quests are worth a bucket load of xp so go go go to Kaineng!
